Members and their guests are invited to an elegant Beer & Wine Pairing dinner on Sunday, February 14 at 6:00 PM at Vereinigung Erzgebirge.
Enjoy four curated courses, each paired with a complementary beer or wine, featuring Hofbräu München selections and a chef-crafted menu: Cacio e Pepe, a cheese plate, your choice of braised short rib with Yorkshire pudding and roasted vegetables or lobster tail with an over-the-top baked potato and candied asparagus, and a dessert trio to finish.
Seating is very limited and reservations with prepayment are required by February 6 by calling the office at 215-675-5380.
Cost is 90 dollars per member and 100 dollars per non-member.
